Shipping Policy

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days once accepted. Tracking is provided when your order ships.

Research materials are packaged appropriately for transit. On receipt, store per accepted laboratory practice. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.

Each lot ships with, or references, its Certificate of Analysis. See the Certificates page to verify a lot.
